2011 marks the beginning of project management and supervision for the Kazaviti Project, aiming at the revitalization of viticulture and the conservation of ancient wine growing landscapes and stylistics.

Kazaviti, also called Megalos Prinos, is a beautiful historic village with very old vineyards. Remaining terrace cultivation, manual wine stomping, clay amphorae for wine making, archaic hand tools and stone buildings in a diverse landscape bring the initial situation into being posing a long-term collective challenge for all participants.
